Pre-sales for the Rilington Group’s newest community, Lido at Terra Lago, in North Indio begins on Saturday, December 1st. Buyers taking advantage of this pre-sales opportunity get first choice of Lido’s 83 lakefront homes, all with surrounding mountain views. Team Rilington Group & Friends were excited to participate in the United Way Day of Action on June, 21, 2018. The mission of the United Way Day of Action is to connect citizens together to help solve the communities’ most pressing needs. The focus for the United Way of the Desert was to beautify schools in the Coachella Valley both inside and out. Teams from the Rilington Group split up to help the libraries of Abraham Lincoln Elementary in Palm Desert and Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Indio.
Due to strong buyer demand, the Rilington Group recently released and opened sales for Phase 5 at Domani. Prospective buyers lined up early in the morning (with one group waiting overnight) for Domani to open its gates at 7:45 am, when numbers were then handed out for the chance to reserve one of the 12 released that day. The Rilington Group and the Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the opening of Domani’s Community Clubhouse with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The Rilington Group welcomed many business associates, friends, and several members of the Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce and staff. Representatives of Riverside County Supervisor V.
