Cathedral City-based home builder Rilington Communities will host the monthly Leadership Coachella Valley forum with a presentation on housing, to be held at their new-home community of Dolce in Palm Desert. It will take place Friday from noon to 1 p.m. at 35-386 Sereno Lane.

A catered lunch will be served. Fred Bell, executive director of the Building Industry Association’s Desert Chapter, will address the group and David Studinger of Rilington Communities will provide a tour and discussion of the first-phase construction currently under way.

Rilington Communities is a family-owned and operated builder with several developments around the Coachella Valley.
