Buying a home is often the biggest and most important investment you’ll ever make. In order to keep your new Rilington home beautiful and preserve its value it is important to keep up with regular preventive maintenance.

Lastly, keep in mind that the Rilington Group has a CALL US FIRST policy. Although we follow the industry standard of including a limited one year warranty with all of our homes, it does not mean that after one year we abandon our homeowners. In fact, we encourage our buyers to “CALL US FIRST” if they have a problem or a question about their homes, even if their warranty period has expired. We will investigate every concern and take appropriate action to correct any legitimate defects. We will also answer questions and offer suggestions on dealing with issues that are not builder related.
