Lido at Terra Lago Opening for Pre-Sales

Pre-sales for the Rilington Group’s newest community, Lido at Terra Lago, in North Indio begins on Saturday, December 1st. Buyers taking advantage of this pre-sales opportunity get first choice of Lido’s 83 lakefront homes, all with surrounding mountain views. Pricing for these single-family and paired homes start from the $500,000’s. Beginning December 1, the sales center will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or by appointment.

The Rilington Group & Palm Desert Area Chamber Celebrate Domani Clubhouse Opening

The Rilington Group and the Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the opening of Domani’s Community Clubhouse with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The Rilington Group welcomed many business associates, friends, and several members of the Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce and staff. Representatives of Riverside County Supervisor V. Manuel Perez’ office, and California State Senator Jeff Stone issued proclamations to The Rilington Group. Refreshments and appetizers were courtesy of OnQ Financial.

Since Domani’s preview opening in February, 25 homes have been sold, proving Domani is the right home at the right price for active adults. Based on the demand and high level of interest Domani’s Phase 4 was recently released ahead of schedule.
