Bruce D. Maize

With 35 years in the land development and home building industry, Bruce has been involved in every aspect of the development process from land acquisition through the entitlement process, land planning, site development, home building / construction management, sales management and post-closing oversight.
Bruce has played key roles in the development of more than 3,200 lots or homes, spanning from entry level to luxury product. Correspondingly, the size of the developments have ranged from a single custom home to communities of more than 400 homes. Much of his experience has been in Greater Palm Springs, as he has developed property or built homes in eight of the nine Valley cities and in the County of Riverside.
Prior to the Rilington Group, Bruce was General Manager for Discovery Builders California, where he was responsible for overseeing the construction management and operational responsibilities for the company’s operation at The Madison Club and The Thermal Club.
In his role at the Rilington Group, Bruce will oversee and provide leadership in project development, operations and construction. As the COO, he will manage the residential, industrial and commercial projects for the company in accordance with Rilington’s strategic plans.
An active member of the community and industry groups, Bruce currently holds the position of Immediate Past President on the Executive Committee of the industry’s advocacy organization, Desert Valley Builders Association.
Bruce holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
