Rilington Closes Escrow on Lido at Terra Lago

The Rilington Group is excited to announce plans for its newest community, Lido at Terra Lago, in North Indio, California. As the sole owner, builder and developer, the La Quinta, California-based Rilington Group will begin development of 113 lakefront homes in this master-planned community by the second quarter of 2018. “For us, Lido at Terra Lago is one of the most exciting communities we’ve both developed and built over our four decades as a Developer/ Builder. Honokea Surf Villages Selects Key Design Consultants For Coachella Valley Project

Honokea Surf Villages & Resorts is pleased to announce the selection of key design consultants for its Resort Destination project in the Coachella Valley. Texas based design firm Lake|Flato has been selected as the design architect, Los Angeles’s Clear on Black has been named as the Interior Design firm, New York’s Margie Ruddick has been selected as the Landscape Architect.   Additionally, the Rilington Group has been selected as the local real estate development partner.

Dr. Joe Hooper and Trey Isenhower, Longtime La Quinta homeowners, knew it was time to “rightsize” as Dr. Joe Hooper, Spiritual Director at the Center for Spiritual Living in Palm Desert, calls it when their daughter went off to college last fall.
